Valentine’s Day: Available for pick-up or delivery for a fee.
Pick up Details: Pop by Coupe Champagne Bar (2656 E Main St. Wappingers Falls, NY) on February 13 or 14 from 11:00 AM to 05:00 PM to collect your order.
Delivery Areas: Wappingers Falls, Poughkeepsie, Beacon and Newburgh.
Our deliveries occur between 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Designer’s Choice Policy: By placing an order for this product, you entrust The Clementine with the creative freedom to express their style and artistry.
Delivery Policy: While we take utmost care in this product’s condition until delivery, we are not responsible for its condition post delivery. To ensure smooth delivery, we will contact the recipient beforehand, unless it’s a surprise. In case the recipient is unavailable, The Clementine have permission to leave the flowers in a secure spot on the property and will promptly notify the sender. The Clementine is not liable for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information. If redirection is necessary, and additional fee will apply.
Returns: At The Clementine, our commitment is to provide you with the best blooms possible. Due to this, and the perishable nature of flowers, returns are refunds are no accepted. How ever, please feel free to reach out if there is an issue with your order,
